Pressure Management

Installing pressure reducing valves and associated controllers within a water network is a cost effective means of reducing leakage and burst frequency.  HydroCo have developed an innovative approach to assessing existing network performance, evaluating scope for additional pressure reduction, and using pressure related demand within a network model to estimate the potential savings of a pressure management scheme.  These studies typically deliver a number of new pressure management schemes which can be balanced against a bespoke cost benefit analysis model to understand estimated payback periods for each scheme.  This tried and tested methodology has delivered significant cost savings for our clients and helped drive their investment programmes.
